I was disappointed with the quality of the pendant, for the price. The package arrived and the box was destroyed. I read your return policy and it had to return in the original packaging. Since it arrived collapsed and damaged, is the ONLY reason why I didn't return the necklace for a refund. I'm not happy that I have to eat the loss, but it wasn't worth all of the trouble I was going to have to go through to repair the original packaging. However I DIDN'T give it to the intended recipient, I had to purchase another gift.
